Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for DataNuggTech's AI solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the enterprise software landscape, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Proactively generate new leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online resources.
- Qualify leads based on their business needs, budget, and potential for utilizing DataNuggTech's AI solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target organizations.
- Understand client's business problems and technology needs to tailor effective AI solutions.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the enterprise software or technology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully selling complex software solutions to corporate clients in Hong Kong.
- Experience in selling AI, Machine Learning, or cloud-based solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, and the enterprise software landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is essential.
