Job Description

We're seeking a talented and passionate AI Developer to join our growing team. As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and solutions that address real-world business challenges for our clients. You will work collaboratively with a team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver innovative and impactful AI-driven products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI models using machine learning, deep learning, and other AI techniques.
• Design and build AI-powered features and functionalities for our existing and new products.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation.
• Train, evaluate, and fine-tune AI models to achieve optimal performance.
• Deploy AI models to production environments and monitor their performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
• Contribute to the development of our AI platform and tooling.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI models.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Experience with deep learning techniques such as convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and recurrent neural networks (RNNs).
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
